| I got a chance to attend a nice boat ride on Lake Michigan, with many other Au Pairs from the Chicago area (about 200). |
 The au pair in the red shirt lives only a short walk from me here. Her family may take my friend from Romania as their new au pair in November! |

I also got to take a river boat trip in the suburbs with a smaller group of au pairs. |
