Chris and Nicole Wedding at Laguna Beach, June 5, 2008 / Chris and Nicole at Night The wedding was so beautiful in the evening. Colorful light danced artfully all around us in this magical location, but I was unable to convey that with the pocket digital camera I had. I turned off the flash and made Chris and Nicole stay still for a few seconds, so I could capture some of that transient beauty. I was so happy when this photo came out, and it teased me with the light from the shore, the water, the lights of Laguna Beach in the background, and even the playful flames of a torch. I wish I could express to you how special it all seemed, with the love of good friends and family, the lights, and the sound of the waves, all collaborating in such a harmonious and emotionally powerful way.
