Day 1: "Wait a minute. There must be a mistake. This rental car has the steering wheel on the wrong side." Driving on the left with a stickshift car was an exciting start to our honeymoon.

"Raj, do you think we're going to kill ourselves?" "Yes, dear, I do." But soon we got the hang of it, and drove into... Auckland, New Zealand! A third of New Zealand's 3 million people (and 60 million sheep - no joke!) live in this city. It's just like every other city - except for the volcano in the middle of town.

On top of that volcano, we set our camera up for a timer shot of both of us. It's windy up there. We stood there with smiles on our faces and watched the camera blow off the post, hit the ground, bounce, and take our picture while in mid-air. The shot actually came out, and got both of us in the frame! Unfortunately, it's now day one, and our camera flash is busted.
